Being Still and in Silence is a rare thing in today’s fast paced, multitasking, instant gratification, “poker face” world. Yet, Silence and being still is essentially important for balance, wellness, mindfulness and overall well-being. Sometimes I forget to take sometime to Be Still. When This happens, I do my best to take 10 -15 minutes of Silent Stillness. Instantly Refreshed, And Focused, I’m ready to continue through the day’s activities and projects.
